I'm Pooja Kedia, the managing attorney and founder of Kedia Law LLC, and my mission is to help families navigate the turbulence of divorce and child custody matters with integrity and decency. Sensibility Meets Strategy
My journey to family law is rooted in a desire for meaningful challenge and purpose. Before practicing law, I worked in the corporate finance sector. I quickly realized that cubicles and constant meetings lacked the growth and connection I craved. When the opportunity for law school presented itself, I embraced the analytical rigor, quickly learning that I derive purpose by being truly useful to others.
After earning my Juris Doctor and gaining experience in various firms, Kedia Law was born from a pivotal, unconventional moment. A former client insisted that I was the only attorney for him, despite my reservations and lack of a traditional firm. The universe, it seemed, backed me into a corner where I had to reckon with who I was and what I was made of. I realized that to be an exceptional advocate, I needed to honor each person without judgment and guide them to solutions through legal channels that truly help their family move forward.
I serve clients in the Phoenix, AZ area who are driven by the desire to walk away with dignity rather than brawl over the trivial. My ideal clients want a fair outcome, see this process as a way to set up the best possible next chapter in life, and are focused on providing their children with the best outcome, even in the worst situations. I’m here to help you move on gracefully, with a compassionate and unconventional approach.

When I'm not in the office advocating for families, I enjoy eating out, spending quality time with my family and my cats, and exploring the beautiful Arizona landscape by hiking when the season is right.

Andrea L. Crawford: Senior Attorney
Experience Grounded in Diverse Advocacy
My legal foundation is built on diverse experience across multiple areas of law, giving me a broad perspective that is invaluable in family cases. After earning a Bachelor of Art in History with minors in Political Science and Art from Central College in Pella, Iowa in 2003, I pursued my legal education at Florida Coastal School of Law. I was admitted to the Arizona Bar in August 2011 and am also admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.
Since my admission, I have practiced family law, personal injury, estate planning, and probate at both small and large private law firms. I have chosen to focus exclusively on family law since 2019 because I believe in the vital importance of guiding families through major life transitions. I serve clients across Maricopa, Pinal, Yavapai, and Pima Counties.
A Dedication to Vulnerable Children and Special Needs
A core strength of my practice is my extensive personal experience with children who have special needs. Before adopting my two amazing sons in 2023, I was a dedicated foster parent for several years. This experience provides me with crucial knowledge regarding the specific needs of children facing mental health challenges and the systems designed to support them.
I have significant experience related to IEPs/504 Plans (Individualized Education Programs), Adoption Subsidies and DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities), and Mental Health Treatment within the Arizona system. This background allows me to advocate fiercely and intelligently for families dealing with complex needs, ensuring that custody and co-parenting plans are practical, supportive, and truly centered on the child's well-being.
Life Beyond the Law
Outside of Kedia Law, my life revolves around my family. I am a mother to two strong sons, who keep me busy with their extracurricular activities, including hockey (where one is a dedicated goalie!) and football. We enjoy spending time with our extended family in the Phoenix metro area and our six pets—two dogs and four cats. In an effort to support my sons and help maintain their cultural connection, I am currently enjoying the challenge of learning Spanish.

Joelle Dykstra: Attorney
Advocacy Shaped by Family and Juvenile Law
My legal education is rooted in a strong commitment to family and juvenile law, giving me a thoughtful perspective on the sensitive issues families face during times of transition. I graduated from the James E. Rogers College of Law with a Juris Doctorate, where I also earned a certificate in Family and Juvenile Law. I served as the Senior Managing Editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law and as the Fellow of the Family and Juvenile Law Association.
During my time in Tucson, I spent two years as a Law Clerk at a local family law firm, where I assisted with a wide range of family law matters. I also worked in the Family and Juvenile Law Clinic, where I represented minors in dependency matters. These experiences gave me meaningful insight into the sensitive and deeply personal issues families face when moving through the legal system.
I have represented clients in various family law matters, including divorce, legal separation, modifications and enforcements, petitions to establish legal decision-making and parenting time, and child support. While I began my legal journey in Tucson, I am a Phoenix native and am happy to be back in my hometown, serving clients across the Valley.

Outside of work, I spend my time with my family, friends, and my dog, Mars. Mars and I do everything together! I am a big reader, and I love going to see new movies in theaters as often as I can. I also enjoy doing boxing classes and crafting.

Arjun Singh: Paralegal
Supporting Families Through the Legal Process
As a paralegal at Kedia Law, I work closely with our attorneys to support the day-to-day management of each case. My responsibilities include assisting with case management, drafting and filing legal documents, and communicating with the courts throughout the family law process.
Family law cases can involve many moving parts, and I value being part of a team that helps clients better understand their case and feel more prepared for each stage of the legal process.
Growing a Career in the Legal Field
I have long been interested in becoming an attorney, and my role at Kedia Law has given me the opportunity to build meaningful experience in the legal field while learning directly from experienced attorneys. I appreciate the firm's strong learning environment and the opportunities it provides to continue developing my knowledge and skills.
Each case gives me another opportunity to learn more about family law and strengthen the foundation for my future career in the legal profession.

When I am away from work, I enjoy reading and playing basketball. Both give me a chance to recharge and spend time doing things I enjoy outside of the legal world.

Trinity is a third-year Criminal Justice student at Arizona State University with aspirations of becoming an attorney. Through her fun and demanding role as a Waterpark Supervisor over the span of three years, she gained valuable experience in management, leadership, responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to perform confidently and comfortably under pressure.
She is now further developing her professional and legal skills through her role as a legal secretary, where she is strengthening her critical thinking abilities while gaining firsthand exposure to the legal field. Together, her academic focus and work experiences reflect her commitment to building a strong foundation for a future career in law.
Outside of work and school, Trinity enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Raquel Concholar: Paralegal
Family Support Grounded in Empathy and Experience
As an experienced family law paralegal, my goal is to help clients feel supported during some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Having experienced the family court process both as a legal professional and personally, I understand that clients are often asked to absorb complicated information and make important decisions while they are frightened, grieving, or emotionally overwhelmed. I approach those moments with patience, compassion, and the knowledge necessary to help clients understand what comes next and work effectively with their legal team.
I was born and raised in Phoenix and attended Central High School. I began my legal career while I was still a student, working after school in the mailroom of a Phoenix law firm.
I attended Phoenix College, where I earned my legal assistant certificate. I later continued my education at the University of Phoenix while working full-time. I gained experience at several law firms before an experienced family law attorney recognized my abilities and invited me to join her practice. I remained there for eight years, developing my knowledge of family law under the mentorship of an attorney I admired for her intelligence, strength, and willingness to teach. In a meaningful return to where my career began, I later rejoined the firm where I had worked as a high school student before bringing my extensive experience to Kedia Law.
A Compassionate Approach to Family Law
Family law can involve some of the most emotional and life-changing decisions a person and family can face. My personal experience with divorce, parenting disputes, and raising children after separation gives me a perspective that cannot be gained from legal work alone.
That understanding allows me to relate to clients who may be anxious, angry, tearful, or overwhelmed. I listen without judgment, help clients regain their footing, and support them as they work toward reasonable outcomes for themselves and their families.
Integrity, honesty, loyalty, and fairness are among my defining values. My goal is to be a calm, knowledgeable presence, someone clients can trust to care about what happens to them while helping the Kedia Law attorneys move their cases forward.
Life Beyond the Law
Outside of work, my greatest accomplishment is raising two strong, independent daughters who know their worth and are prepared to stand up for themselves. I also enjoy hiking, traveling, the beach, spending time in nature, and caring for the family’s bloodhound, Shih Tzu mix, and parakeet (despite them originally being intended for my daughters).
